Step 1. Start by downloading a set of FREE client intake forms, print them, and have the client fill them out.
Step 2. Forward the completed client intake forms and bankruptcy case information to AssistXpress. The information can be faxed, mailed, scanned to a PDF and emailed, or uploaded to a secure server.
Step 3. All forms, exhibits and schedules will be prepared for the bankruptcy petition including assistance with due diligence. A drafted petition will be returned to you for your review and approval along with a cover sheet alerting you to potential issues or concerns.
Step 4. When completed, the entire petition will be converted to a PDF file ready for electronic filing.
